Returns

All merchandise purchased at Girlielingerie.com are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.The only exception for a return is a manufacture defective merchandise in which case the defective item/s will be replace for the same Style, Color and Size. If the item is found not to be defected it will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned or exchange, consider them final sale.
For your protection, health regulation prohibits the return or exchange of intimate apparel, Including but not limited to Thongs, Underwear, Intimate Lingerie, Swimwear, Intimate Costumes or any other garment of that nature.

All Items on Sale and/or Clearance are final and cannot be returned, consider them final sale.

All defective merchandise returned must be unworn / unused in original package with all tags attached.
Returnable item must be in a sellable condition, this means that WORN, SOILED, WASHED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED merchandise will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you need to return a defective item it is mandatory that you contact us via e-mail returns@girlielingerie.com before shipping back your merchandise. In your e-mail, please provide:

     • Order Number
     • Full Name and Phone number
     • Your request and reason for an exchange
     • Item number, color and size returned

Reply will be made to you by e-mail within 24 business hours containing detailed instruction, return authorization number and shipping information.
Shipping charges are not refundable in any circumstances.
Return / Exchange shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

Halloween Return Policy

No exchange or refunds will be given on Halloween costumes and Halloween shoes. If you order any Halloween costume/Shoes consider your purchase to be a final sale.
