You may return all UNWORN / UNUSED item in original package with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange, package must arrive at our office within 15 days from the time you received your order. Returns will be granted on all package postmarked back to us within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Returnable item must be in a sellable condition, this means that WORN, SOILED, WASHED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED merchandise will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.
For exchange/return of any Swimwear the Hygienic Protector and all tags MUST be attached to the garment, we will not accept returns for any swimwear where the hygienic protector has been removed or damaged.
Shoes cannot be returned, we will exchange Shoes or Boots for size only.
Stockings and leg warmers cannot be returned, consider them final sale.
All Items on Sale and/or Clearance are final and cannot be returned, consider them final sale.
Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned or exchange, consider them final sale.
For your protection, health regulation prohibits the return or exchange of intimate apparel, Including but not limited to Thongs, Underwear, Intimate Lingerie, Swimwear, Intimate Costumes or any other garment of that nature.

Halloween Return / Exchange Policy
Only exchanges will be issued on all orders placed on September 15th through September 31st and the exchange must arrive at our office within 7 days from the time you have received your order. store credit will be issued or a new costume must be selected. After September 31st no exchange will be accepted.
