Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday-Friday will usually ship out in 1-5 business days.

Processing time is how long it takes us to process your order. Processing time may vary due to certain conditions; if a delay has occurred with your order you will be notified right away.

Free Shipping is only 3 to 5 business days delivery time, shipped Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays or weekend, the standard method for Free shipping is US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS ground.

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail as the standard shipping method. Standard shipping is sent to anywhere in the United States that the US Post Office delivers to including PO Box, APO and FPO. Orders will be received within an average of 2-3 business days from the ship date. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is very fast, the delivery time is not guaranteed. Orders may also be received on Saturday depending on the hours of operation of your local Post Office.
Signature is required on all packages in order to avoid lost shipments, please provide a ship-to address where someone will be available to sign for your package.
If you are unable to sign after the attempted deliveries a notice may be left to pick the package up at the post office.
You'll be emailed a tracking number after your package has been shipped to you.

Express Shipping Rates:

Please understand that if you choose any express shipping option, only the delivery time is expedited, you will not receive your package the next day after you have placed your order. We still need the Processing time to process and complete your order. You’ll receive your order the next day or 2 days after we have shipped your package.

Back Orders

We will notify you as soon as we know if an item is on back order. Please note that sometimes an item sells out before we process your order. It can take 24-48 hours until we will know this information and can contact you. If you would like to cancel or replace the item/s of your order that is/are on back order, you should do so within the 48 hours of notification. Please e-mail us at orders@girlielingerie.com and confirm if you want to cancel or replace a back ordered item.
