How do I know my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation and a payment confirmation by email. We suggest that you add our email address [email protected] to your address book or list of accepted emails and also check on your Spam or Junk folder as our emails occasionally end up there. If you have not received your order confirmation by email please Contact Us with your confirmation number and our customer service will be able to assist you.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you must Log in to your account and click on My Orders, from there you will be able to check the status of your order.

 

How do I know my order has been shipped?
You'll be emailed a shipping confirmation including a tracking number after your package has been shipped. You can also Log in to your account and click on view order, there is a Shipment Tab with your shipping information, click on your tracking number to track your package. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Why do I have more than one tracking number?
If your order contain 2 or more items we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments and you may received several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment we send you. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this.

 

Do you ship to APO, FPO and US Territories?
We're not currently shipping to APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or any other US territories. Shipping to APO, FPO and US territories it IS NOT available. Sorry we cannot ship to any US territories at this time.

 

Do you ship to an international address?
We're not currently shipping to international destinations.

 

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, your shipping address can be different from your billing address and you can store multiple shipping addresses into My Account address book.

 

Do you backorder an item, when will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those items that cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped you will be notify by email and we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.

 

How discreet is your shipping, does it say "Girlielingerie" on your packaging?
We do not include our name on packaging and/or shipping labels, discreet plain package displaying only “GL” and no reference to lingerie anywhere. Discreet billing displaying only “GL” and no reference to lingerie anywhere.

 

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in California, Sale Tax will be calculated for you at check out automatically.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
Pay with any major credit card, debit card, Paypal Account, e-check or Bill Me later through PayPal.

What is an E-Gift Card?
It's a quick and easy way to send a gift. You choose the amount you want to give to the recipient. Your recipient will automatically receive an email with their own E-Gift Card number. He or she can visit Girlielingerie.com and chooses how to spend it, select what they want, add it to the cart, and simply enter in the E-Gift Card number on the shopping cart or checkout page.

 

Where can the Girlielingerie.com E-Gift Card be used?
The E-Gift Cards can be used exclusively at Girlielingerie.com.

 

When the EGift-Card expire?
Never, E-Gift Cards dose not have an expiration date.

 

How can I check the EGift-Card status and balance?
The status and balance of an EGift-Card can be check from My Account and on the shopping cart.

 

Why I did not receive the EGift-Card by email yet?
Orders after 5:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following day, pending credit card authorization. Your credit card will be billed for your E-Gift Card upon purchase, pending credit card authorization.

 

Does coupon codes and special offers apply to purchase an EGift-Card?
No, special offers, coupon codes and other discounts do not apply to the purchase of E-Gift Cards.

 

Do I need to register to redeem my EGift-Card?
Yes, the recipients of an EGift-Card will need to Register on Girlielingerie.com to redeem their E-Gift Card.

 

Can I return or have a refund for an EGift-Card?
No, E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash. Redeemable only online at Girlielingerie.com.
